So, we decided to put Tates swingset together this weekend. Well, Sunday/Monday (thats Austins weekend). So, after church Matt, Andrea and the kids, and mom and dad came over. It actually turned out to be a pretty yucky day. Austin, Andrea and I had spent the night before labeling all the parts and seperating them by phases (there were only 27 phases). After lunch and a quick trip to dads to get the drill, they got to work. It was a very long and tetious process as any of you know who have ever had the thrill of doing this. They didnt get it all done on Sunday, but Austin got back up Monday morning and he and Tate had it done by lunchtime. Tate LOVES it!! That fact alone was worth all the hard work. He hasnt really gotten too much time on it though because we have had such yucky days the past couple of days. Thanks to everyone who helped! Enjoy the pics!!!!

ReplyDeleteAt first when reading the description on the process of labeling and putting the set together, I was thinking - uh oh! But John said,over my shoulder, the important thing is, is that Tate will love it. Then next sentence I read was that it was all worth it 'cause Tate loves it.
